To begin, we'll schedule a discovery call to ensure that we are a good fit for working together and that my design expertise aligns with your design needs. During the call, we'll dive into understanding your startup, target audience, website and design objectives, and the project scope expectations. Additionally, this call is a great opportunity for you to ask about any questions you may have, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Once we've established that we're a good fit, I'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and timeline. The proposal will include a breakdown of the project milestones, the number of revisions included, and the payment schedule. After that is squared away, I'll walk you through a brief client onboarding so you know where to communicate with me, where we'll keep track of the project, etc., and then I'll get to work!

We'll develop a comprehensive strategy for your brand design, ad design, website, etc., encompassing aesthetic, functionality, and copy. Our discussion will include topics such as brand identity, color scheme, typography, logo, patterns, motion, and other visual elements. Additionally, we will determine the optimal structure, navigation, CTAs, and user journey. We will collaborate on generating engaging designs that aligns with your startups needs, including well-crafted copy, captivating images, and compelling motion.

As part of the process, we'll craft comprehensive brand guidelines and develop a design system within Figma. This design phase allows us to iterate, refine and enhance every aspect of your design. I'll deliver the perfect brand identity that embodies your unique vision and resonates with your target audience.

I use Figma to design website and Webflow to develop them. I'll start by creating wireframes and mockups of all site pages for us to walk through and talk about. Once you approve the designs, I'll start building the website based on the Figma designs. Before launching your website, we'll walk through my launch checklist and QA across all main screen sizes. The checklist includes checking for broken links, testing the forms, testing for any bugs and ensuring that your site meets accessibility standards. We'll also do a final review of the copy and make sure it's optimized for search engines. After launch, I'll provide you with training on how to use your new site, as well as ongoing support and maintenance options.
